Anyway, on to the freebie! In my first grade classroom, we have been working a great deal on parts of speech. This can be somewhat confusing for young students. However, with practice and engaging activities, they soon catch on. How do you teach parts of speech? Each morning, we have morning meeting and we always look for these withing our morning message. I love your parts of speech sort!! I wish I taught in a school where we could do more Halloween activities, but we can't. All of our activities have to be Fall themed. No Halloween.
